Due to the recent Covid-19 pandemic and following CDC guidelines, we have implemented new policies and procedures for patients being seen in our office as follows:
Please notify our staff before entering the facility if:
-You have traveled outside of the United States recently in the last four (4) weeks
-You have been in recent contact with anyone who has tested positive for the Covid-19 virus
-You have tested positive for the Covid-19 virus
-You have a fever of over 100 degrees
-You have a cough, sneezing, flu-like symptoms, or body aches
Additionally, we are requesting that your transportation or support person wait outside the office and not enter our facility. We will be happy to contact your transportation person to pick you up once you are ready to be discharged from the office.
